We're opening the StarCraft 2 year with the last event of the 2020 ESL Pro Tour Circuit. The tour will culminate in the Global Finals in Katowice 2021 in late February!
It's the Last Chance to gather valuable EPT points, although, Serral has no worries as he has a confirmed spot in the Global Finals: Main Stage event in Katowice. The event will decide who will sit on the Top 1 spot in the EU rankings, as Serral and Reynor have only a 22 point difference. No other player can contend for the spot as Clem needs 573 points to catch up, and the Champion is awarded only 300.
Serral starts his tournament in Group D with Stats, Solar, and ShoWTimE on Friday 15th of January.
Group Stage:
- 16 players in 4 groups of 4 players each, played in a Dual Tournament Format.
- All matches are Bo3.
- Top 2 players of each group advance to the Playoffs.
Playoffs:
- 8 players in a single-elimination bracket.
- All matches are Bo5.
- Finals are Bo7.
