Blick officially joins the ENCE Academy, completing the refreshed roster.
Following Ahmet "2high" Baftijari’s departure from the ENCE Academy roster and Ville "myltsi" Vilkman's promotion to the ENCE main roster, our Academy has been busy with roster rebuilding and tryouts. Now, the Academy roster has been fully finalized as Brimir "Blick" Birgisson officially reunites with his old teammate, Niki "Cliqq" Kinnunen. In addition, Giorgi "Schwarz" Gakhokidze steps into the role of an in-game leader, and the contracts of Teemu "teme" Korva and Aleksi "millert" Lehtopuu have been extended.
Earlier addition of Cliqq
The first new piece in our rebuild was the addition of the 16-year-old Niki "Cliqq" Kinnunen. Previously, Cliqq played in the ranks of MOUZ NXT, joining the team in September of 2024, soon after ENCE’s French star, Ryan "Neityu" Aubry, made the move from MOUZ NXT to ENCE's main roster. Cliqq then joined the ENCE Academy at the end of July 2025.
Welcome Blick
Another 16-year-old young gun from MOUZ NXT, Brimir "Blick" Birgisson, joined his previous teammate in ENCE Academy on a tryout basis at the end of the summer. Seeing the chemistry between the players and the roster’s potential for growth, Blick has now been locked as an official member of the team.
Schwarz moves to the IGL role
As ENCE Academy's previous IGL, Ahmet "2high" Baftijari, left the roster at the end of June, Giorgi "Schwarz" Gakhokidze has now taken the mantle of an in-game leader. Since joining the ENCE Academy last summer, Schwarz has been consistently demonstrating leadership qualities and the signs of a great IGL. Now, with our full support, we are ready to see Schwarz's full potential come to fruition as he steps into the leadership role.
“The pieces of the rebuild fell into place surprisingly well. The dynamic duo, Blick and Cliqq, quickly found their voice in the team, and training among the five has felt natural right from the get-go. Coach Whitey has done a great job reshaping the playbook of this new, promising roster. The team’s new playstyle, as well as updated roles, bring a little extra spice to the mix as we head into the new season. Although the roster is by far the youngest in our Academy journey so far, the team's training culture is perhaps more mature than ever before — the program is steadily evolving and the entire Academy crew with it”, says Eemeli "Woomera" Ikonen, Head of Academy.
