Shipping policy
Delivery Options
We deliver goods directly from our warehouse in Finland with fast-tracked deliveries available in EU. Shipment options can be found on the checkout page. Deliveries inside Finland start at 5,90€ to a pick-up location.
International deliveries are shipped with known couriers depending on the shipping address. Usually, your package is delivered by DHL or GLS.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated on the checkout page. We currently use flat rates for all orders.
We offer FREE shipping worldwide based on the order value and delivery method.
Shipping Rates Breakdown:
- Posti Parcel Point: 5,90€ (Free over 75€)
- Matkahuolto Pick-Up Point: 5,90€ (Free over 75€)
- Europe: 13,90€ (Free over 100€)
For international orders the carrier can’t be chosen at the checkout page, and the delivery method depends on the country.
Delivery Estimates
We use tracked delivery on orders, and delivery times are based on shipment carrier estimates. Please note that orders may not be delivered on weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time Estimates:
- Finland: 1-2 days
- Baltic countries: 2-4 days
- Sweden, Denmark: 3-5 days
- Europe: 4-7 days
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking code, which you will receive in your email after the order has been processed.
However, we reserve the right to send small shipments on an international letter without a tracking code. Please also note that your order can be directed to the nearest Posti or Matkahuolto office instead of a pick-up point.
Packages not picked up will be returned to us; see our Refund Policy for applicable fees.
Customs And Taxes
When you place an order for delivery outside the EU, VAT will not be added to the order. Please find additional information from the customs office or tax authorities in your country.
ENCE eSports Oy does not take responsibility for any customs duties or VAT after the product has been shipped.
Damaged Goods
If your order has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact the courier for a reclamation. ENCE eSports Oy is not responsible or liable for damages during transit.
You will need to save all the packaging materials and products to make a reclamation. If you need any assistance, please contact ENCE Shop customer service.
International Deliveries
At present, our shipping services are limited to member countries of the European Union.
There can be some restrictions on shipping internationally. Currently, we are delivering orders normally, but the international situation changes constantly and can cause temporary delays to shipments or their arrival.
