ENCE's long-standing analyst, Maks "trochu" Trocha, has decided to move on to pursue new opportunities.
Maks "trochu" Trocha joined ENCE at the end of 2021. In these two and a half years, trochu has played a crucial supporting role in our CS roster by giving the players an analytical upper hand over the opponents. During his stay, ENCE won IEM Dallas and made it to the Grand Finals of EPL Season 15, IEM Cologne, and Gamers8 2024, as well as qualified to four consecutive Majors.
His role in ENCE was to analyze the team’s and opponents' gameplay and prepare the team for matches. In addition, as he joined us, trochu stated he wanted to offer the biggest support within his role, helping the team and the coach with whatever they might need.
“The past two and half years have been a life-changing experience. I've learned what true professionalism in esports means. Having the chance to work with some of the best counter-strike talents in the world at such a prestigious organization is something I will be forever grateful for.”

The role of an analyst is easily overlooked from an outside perspective, but quickly, everyone at ENCE felt the impact of trochu’s expertise and shared a lot of laughs with his humor shining through: “From day one, both the players and staff treated me like a part of the team. I would like to thank everyone I have worked with at ENCE over the years, both in and out of the server. It's a lot of people, but I remember all of You.”
With trochu leaving ENCE, he carries on to new opportunities, hinting that he will share “what's next for me in the near future.”
Our General Manager, Niklas "Willkey" Ojalainen, expresses his thanks to trochu: “Maks has been a core part of our CS team for a long time now, and a part of the team's success is a direct result of his work. Now that he has an opportunity to take on a new challenge, I fully understand his decision to check it out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors and want to give him a deep bow and thank you for his time here at ENCE.”
A vacancy is now open at ENCE CS2, as we begin the search for a new analyst. More information regarding the position will be posted soon.
