The next chapter of ENCE

The next chapter of ENCE

Dear Community, today marks the beginning of the next chapter for ENCE.

After a thorough strategic review together with the company leadership and majority shareholders, we have decided to refocus ENCE back to our home — Finland.

From the beginning, ENCE has aimed to build a competitive and sustainable esports organization. Over the past years, we have invested heavily in competing internationally and building rosters capable of reaching the highest levels of Counter-Strike. Unfortunately, in the current esports ecosystem, this has become increasingly difficult for organizations like ours.

Instead of continuing down the same path, we have now decided to reset and build something new with a long-term perspective.

Our focus moving forward is clear: to rebuild a Counter-Strike team, where Finnish talent will be at the core, and to develop the next generation of Finnish stars. We believe that returning to our roots allows us to build a sustainable foundation for the future while strengthening the connection between ENCE and the Finnish Counter-Strike community.

As part of this transition, the current Main Counter-Strike 2 roster, including the coaching staff, has been moved to the bench and is now available for transfer discussions.

To our fans: thank you for standing with us through every chapter. While change is never easy, we believe this reset gives us the opportunity to build something exciting again — step by step, with a long-term perspective. Our goal is clear: to bring Finnish Counter-Strike back onto the international stage. Now it’s time to build the next chapter — a new era of Finnish Counter-Strike and a new generation of #EZ4ENCE.

The next steps of our new chapter will be presented in the near future.
