Delivery & Returns

Can I return or change sale items?

Of course. Even for our clearance items, you have a 14-day window to return or exchange your purchase, starting from the day you receive it.

What is the delivery time? Where do you ship?

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Typically, we process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Until when the sale is active?

Our clearance event is dedicated to making room for new arrivals and
therefore please note that as these are end-of-season items, they are available only while supplies last.

Can I use discount codes or gift cards?

Our clearance items are already marked down to our best possible prices. For this reason, additional discount codes are valid only for non-discounted products and cannot be combined with clearance offers.

However, gift cards can be used to purchase any item in our store.

Will you be restocking items?

Most of the inventory featured in our clearance sale consists of final quantities that will not be replenished once sold out.

However, we recommend checking back periodically, as we will be making a few limited additions to the collection throughout the campaign as our final warehouse counts are finalized.
